Live music blog- “Thriller” is officially coming to the stage. I personally think this could make an amazing play for Broadway. The music from Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” and “Off The Wall” will be used for the musical. It will be based upon the famous music video that spoofed horror films. James L. Nederlander, owner of nine theaters in New York City, has acquired the rights to the stage version. They have not announced what songs specifically will be included in the production or who will choreograph, but expect more details soon.

With the music created on those albums and the dancing genius of Michael Jackson, this could be an all-time great. Of course, it will come down to execution, but this is one that I will stand in line for.
